Mobile DPF cleaning
A blocked diesel particulate filter is often the result of another fault, not the fault itself. So we never just clean the filter and clear the light. We scan the vehicle, read the pressure and sensor data, find what blocked it, then clean it with our high-pressure chemical process and test it again before we leave.

Step 01
We scan the vehicle and read the DPF system: fault codes, and what could have caused the blockage.
Step 02
We check the DPF condition, restriction and pressure readings to decide on the right course of action.
Step 03
Where cleaning is the right answer, our high-pressure chemical clean removes the built-up soot and ash.
Step 04
After the clean we test the DPF system and its readings again, so you see the result, not just a cleared light.
Step 05
We explain what we found and any underlying fault that could block the filter again, in plain words.

Emissions systems
When a DPF, an EGR valve or an AdBlue system keeps throwing faults, a delete remap switches it off in the engine software and clears the related fault codes: DPF delete (DPF removal), EGR delete and AdBlue delete, done at your location in Liverpool, Manchester and across the North West. Deletes are for off-road, competition, agricultural and export vehicles; on a road vehicle the equipment has to work for the MOT. If a DPF can be saved, a clean from £195 keeps it road legal.

What we found: High DPF pressure and DPF fault codes on a young, low-mileage car. Not the sensor we expected: AdBlue crystals had built up around the injector and blocked the pressure pipes.
What we did: Diagnosed on site. With the pipes blocked by crystals, the owner was given the two real options: a new filter or a deep machine clean.

What we found: Two of the three exhaust temperature sensors were not working, so the DPF could not regenerate. The soot load had reached 120% and put the van in limp mode.
